In another interesting collaboration Common Projects has gotten together with United Bamboo. The two brands worked on the popular Common Projects low top trainer, and gave it a gray and brown plaid wool upper, getting it ready for the colder months of the year. Davidz’s Ronnie Fieg worked with Asics and three well known online media outlets on Gel Lyte III collaborative sneakers. The first to release is the Culture Shoq Gel Lyte III, which comes in a nice white/black/grey colorway with purple accents. Limited to only 150 pairs worldwide, the sneaker will be released on July 31rst, exclusively at Davidz.com and in their Soho flagship store. As much as I love Dame Dash, he wasn’t doin it for the PK brand. No body’s sportin those shiny plastic neon kicks, c’mon. Well, anyone with any sense of style that is. Since he’s been dropped, they’ve come out with some clean and simple products. This collab with Patta is one example.
